Biden, Sanders Kill in Swimsuit Competition

Harris Surprises in Talent.

MIAMI, FL (SWP): After what was deemed a “total shitstorm” due to technical difficulties, horrible moderation, and a total lack of control on the first night of the first 2020 Democratic Primary Debates, the Democratic National Committee, NBC, and Telemundo sought desperately to change the format for the second night.

“We decided, ‘let’s make this the pageant the spectacle it deserves to be,'” said NBC executive, Amit Bahl. They worked with Entertainment division producers from NBC and Telemundo to come up with dazzling format changes.

“We didn’t have time, of course, for a big opening number or anything like that,” said Micahel Blake, Vice Chair of the DNC. “So we added two competitive events and notified the candidates.”

They also made participation optional, given the short notice.

While each of the ten candidates in the debate was seeking that elusive “breakout moment,” the night belonged to Biden and Sanders.

Analysts and voters alike had been anticipating a big matchup between Biden and Sanders.

Two of the best-known candidates, the two poll leaders, have advanced sharply contrasting visions for the country.  But they effectively joined forces tonight — while looking positively stunning — in their retro bathing suits.

Post-debate chatter was all about those legs–and the signal they sent about their fitness to lead the nation despite their advanced ages.

harris-talent-400wKamala Harris was also a crowd favorite with her knockout talent competition performance. Her ventriloquist act was a big hit with the audience, but analysts worried that the optics of speaking out of both sides of her mouth were not good for a politician.

During the event, Trump’s only tweet was “NOT BORING!” But in the aftermath, he lambasted the production and said the ratings would be worse than any of his Miss Universe pageants.

“We’re thinking about adding more sports competition ala American Ninja Warrior,” said Bahl. “But we’re getting pushback from Biden and Sanders on that one.”
